Learn the basics of making coffee and operating the coffee machine, as well as essential front-of-house and money-handling practice. You will also get to learn how to do latte art!
Cost: $60 / $20 for concession holders and ACFE eligible individuals
ACFE concession applies to people who meet the following criteria: - Citizenship or permanent residence — being either an Australian Citizen, a Holder of an Australian permanent visa, or be a New Zealand citizen - Have place of residence in Victoria - Not be attending school. OR - An eligible Asylum seeker — that have been referred by Jobs Victoria Employment Network providers to pre-accredited pre-employment programs

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Reynard Street Neighburhood House (RSNH) reserves the right to cancel classes if the required minimum number of students enrolled prior to class starting date is not met. A full refund will be given for payments received.
Refund Policy Fee refunds are not automatic and must be applied for in writing to the Manager. The following will be taken into account before a refund is issued: Approved fee refunds are only processed after the fees have been cleared through the bank account. A student excluded, suspended, or expelled under an RSNH policy or procedure is not entitled to a refund (except where any Commonwealth or State legislation or code of practice provides otherwise). Refunds will not be issued after course commencement except in exceptional circumstances. In exceptional circumstances a student may apply in writing for special consideration of a refund for the following: bereavement, hospitalisation and/or unexpectedly having to assume carer’s responsibilities. BNH will not issue refunds for a change in working hours; inconvenient travel; moving interstate; job change or change of career direction; or change of mind. Actual attendance in class by the student will not be considered when assessing a refund request. * Where appropriate a credit will be issued.
● Refunds of class fees are available if a student notifies reception at least 48 hours prior to the start of class that they will not be continuing with the enrolment. ● An administration charge of 20% of the class fee may be deducted from any class fee refund. ● In the event that a course is cancelled by RSNH a full refund will be issued. ● Notification of the withdrawal from class / session must be made to reception / administration staff. ● Refunds will be made to applicants in cash, via Square reader, Social Planet or Bank Transfer.
